Defensive driving/skills awareness

Graduate School of Motoring offers defensive driving and skills awareness courses at the V8 Supercar track, Reid Park.

The one-day course is designed for anyone who has a learners permit or P1 licence and above, and attracts attendees of all ages and skill levels.

Although you may have been driving for years and are comfortable with your driving skills, sometimes it takes an objective person to point out which areas could be improved to ensure your skills are as fine-tuned as possible on the road.

The theory component of the course goes for 1.5 hours, and then knowledge and skills are transferred to the circuit where instructors will look at steering, vision, braking and following distances.

People can choose to do the training as individuals or groups, but we always aim to make the learning fun and practical.

The full day’s course, including lunch, costs $250.00
